St. Lucie County court documents are available to search and view using the Court Case Search. However, to view some documents, users are required to register for an account using the form below.

How to Return Your Signed Application

General registered users may e-sign and submit the form below.
Parties to a case, attorneys of record, or business entities must notarize the form and return it by mail or in person.

Once the form is completed and returned, your account will be created and you will be emailed login credentials.

Case Types Not Viewable Online

Mental health (MH), juvenile delinquency (CJ), or juvenile dependency (DP) cases cannot be viewed online. To view mental health cases, please contact the Circuit Civil Department at 772-462-6938. For juvenile dependency or delinquency cases, contact the Juvenile Department at 772-462-6800.
