How to Register
Complete
Fill out the online registration form. A copy of the form will be sent to the email provided.
Sign and Return
General registered users may simply e-sign and submit the form.
Parties to a case, attorneys of record, or business entities must notarize the form. Return the notarized original in person to the 2nd floor of the Clerk's main office downtown Fort Pierce.

Receive Login
Once our office receives the signed form, users will be emailed the login credentials for their new account.

Agency Registration
Used to register commercial bulk purchasers, state attorney's offices, authorized state or local government agencies/entities, School Board, Certified law enforcement officers of federal or state law enforcement agencies, Florida Attorney General's Office, Department of Children and Families, or authorized service providers of the agency
Agency Gatekeeper
Follows the above form, supplies list of individual users that need a login from that agency

Purchase Bulk Data
Court Record Data - Download unlimited, all-inclusive case reports on newly opened and actions taken on existing, reopened, closed or reclosed cases. Subscription also includes an account to search Official Records on Acclaim. Registered users may search Acclaim for Official Records recorded within a date range (instead of searching just by name, or book and page).
Official Records Data - Download weekly reports on recorded documents beginning April 2016. Subscription also includes an account to search Official Records on Acclaim. Registered users may search Acclaim for Official Records recorded within a date range (instead of searching just by name, or book and page).
