About the Research Department

The St. Lucie County Clerk and Comptroller serves as the custodian of the county's public records. Pursuant to F.S. 119.12, our Research Department assists the public by providing copies of court and official records.

How to Submit a Request

Please note some information may be redacted if applicable pursuant to Florida statute chapters 787, 794, 796, 800, 825, 827, 847, 921.244 and Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420.

Use the form below to submit your request for records not available online. To best serve you, do not submit your request through multiple channels.

Completion Time

Requests take 2 to 7 business days depending on the availability of records and complexity of the request.
