Electronically certified court documents and official records, including deeds, mortgages, and marriage licenses, can be purchased online using Clerk E-Certify or at the Clerk’s office. E-Certify Court & Official Records

After submitting the order, the recipient will receive an email to access the certified document. The encrypted PDFs require Adobe Acrobat Reader to be viewed. The software verifies the authenticity of the document, confirming the certifier and whether it has been modified since it was issued by the Clerk’s office.

Certain documents that may not be available online can be e-certified by completing the Public Record Request Form or by visiting the Clerk’s office in person. Confidential and specific archived records may continue to be certified with a wet stamp or raised seal.
